In the early stages of the design process, it was determined that the target audience would consist of affluent individuals from the upper-middle to upper-class. The logo has a clean, professional look overall. It features a modern building structure drawn in 2-point perspective. The left side of the building forms a large “M” for “Millsap,” while the opposite side has an implied entry. The overall shape of the “M” house is also a polygon commonly associated with house iconography. A bold, modern font was chosen for the name, which helps make the logo readable from a distance.
